SOA Tanzania Ltd is a leading tour operator committed to delivering high-quality service and unforgettable experiences. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and professional individuals to join our team in Arusha.
1. TOURS CONSULTANT (Entry Level)
The Role: As a Tours Consultant, you will be the bridge between our agents and their dream safaris. You will process inquiries, create creative tour proposals, manage bookings in the Tourplan system, and ensure seamless coordination with our operations team.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical mind with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ICT; experience with Tourplan is a plus.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BRIEFER
The Role: The primary point of contact for our guests upon arrival. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage coordination, and conducting professional safari briefings.
Key Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English and another foreign language.
- Diploma in Tour Operations or Customer Care.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality/Tourism sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly developed sense of integrity.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including airport shifts.
3. OFFICE DRIVER
The Role: Responsible for the safe transportation of staff and guests as per movement orders. You will act as a company ambassador, maintaining vehicles in pristine condition and ensuring all administrative transport tasks are handled professionally.
Key Requirements:
- Valid PSV Driving License held for at least 5 years.
- Driving School Certificate.
- Presentable, friendly, and able to work effectively without supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Arusha streets and road safety regulations.
