JOB VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle daily cash, bank, sales, and expense reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supplier records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support payroll preparation and statutory payments.
• Ensure proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and stock-related financial
checks.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and company procedures.
Essential Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho
Books, or similar.
• Ability to prepare accurate reconciliations, reports, and financial
records.
• High level of honesty, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added
advantage.
