Job Title: Tourism Sales Personnel

                  Tourism Sales Personnel

We are a dynamic tourism company based in Arusha and we are seeking for a motivated individual (female or male) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for travel and Tourism excellent customer service skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create compelling travel itineraries for clients.
• Handle sales inquiries and manage customer bookings.
• Utilize IT services to support operations and client communication.
• Have strong capabilities and must deliver in sales

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate in Sales from recognized Tourism college
• Certificate in IT Services.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry in the
• Sales Department
• creating travel itineraries
• attending to sales inquiries
• online working capabilities
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• One referee from tourism college and one from a hospitality industry
