Good afternoon, colleagues.

I am looking for a qualified and hardworking Reservationist who meets the following requirements:

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, with specialization or experience in Reservations.
• Has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a reservations role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Is capable of preparing detailed travel itineraries and quotations.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of Tanzania’s national parks, including seasonal wildlife movements and the best locations for wildlife viewing during different times of the year.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide guests with accurate and informative travel advice.
• Has a proven track record of good performance and a clean employment record.
