✔ Experienced in a similar role
✔ Expertise in intercontinental cuisines
✔ Strong knowledge of stock management and cost control
✔ Creativity in menu design
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Knowledge of food hygiene & safety standards
✔ A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment
🌍 Living nearby Mianzini, Sanawari, Philips or Ngulelo is an added advantage
