Position Summary: (Location: Arusha - Tanzania)
We are looking for a Driver Coordinator to join our transport company. The role requires someone who is responsible, well organised, trustworthy, with strong planning and coordination skills. The individual should also have the ability to manage and communicate effectively with drivers while ensuring smooth truck planning for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and schedule trips in advance
· Communicate and coordinate with drivers
· Communicate with Customers and Agents
· Assist in tracking truck movements and preparing reports.
· Maintain an accurate trip and driver records.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 2 years of work experience
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
· Computer knowledge: Spreadsheets (Excel), email, and basic office tools.
· Detail Oriented with strong record keeping abilities.
