We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented *Sales & Marketing Executive* with a background in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain management to join our growing team in Arusha.

*Key Requirements:*

* Proven experience in logistics and freight forwarding sales.
* Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Good understanding of import, export, and transportation services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Promote the company's logistics and freight services.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
* Achieve agreed sales targets.

*Location:* Arusha, Tanzania
