Plan International Pakistan, is currently seeking proposals from Individual Consultants or Organizations to conduct salary survey. Focus of the study is job matching (within data received by Birches group-Plan International’s global partner- and with other relevant competitor INGOs in Pakistan) and revision of salary scales & benefits in line with market data.

The proposal need to cover both technical and financial aspects and sent to Plan in two separate sealed envelopes, with the name of the assignment on the top of the envelope (Salary Survey-Technical and financial proposal) addressed to the Country Director Plan at: House # 9, Street # 32, F-7/1 Islamabad by or before the close of business on December 9, 2014 (Please note that soft copies of the proposals will not be accepted).
Only short listed individuals/organisations will be contacted. Plan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and is not bound by any legal claim in this regard.
