Hi everyone!

If you click the Play Store link and see an error saying "App not available" or "Item not found", don't worry! This is a very common Google Play closed testing issue and is super easy to solve.

Here are the 2 main reasons why this happens and how to fix it:

1. 📧 Email Account Mismatch

Make sure the email address you used to join the Google Group is the exact same Google account currently active on your phone's Play Store app.

  • Fix: Switch your Play Store app profile to the email address you used for the group.

2. ⏳ Google Play Sync Delay (10 to 30 Minutes)

Even after you click the Web link and accept becoming a tester, Google Play servers do not grant access instantly. It usually takes between 10 to 30 minutes for Google to sync your permissions.

  • Fix: Just wait 10–30 minutes after clicking the Web opt-in link, then try opening the Play Store link again.

🚀 Quick 4-Step Checklist:
  1. Join the Google Group with your primary Android email.

  2. Click the Web link and make sure it says "You are a tester".

  3. Wait 10 to 30 minutes for Google servers to sync.

  4. Open the Play Store link and download the app!

Thank you so much for your patience and support! 🚀
