MESSAGE FROM SANDEEP RANE:-

Hi Everyone, this is Sandeep Rane. I joined Tandon group in 1989 as trainee. Igot opportunity to work with all great leaders at Tandon Group and frierdly colleagues, I think most of

them are active here on this group. I experience and enjoyed "one family culture" that we enjoyed in Tandon group, Thanks to our great mentor and Super leader ML Tandonji. The motivation for me "to work hard" came from Mr. MLTandonji's speech. One of our annual function he said that his dream is to see "Made in India" label on all the electronics that you pick from global market.

After having wondertul attachment with Tandon group, I have decided to move to JABIL Pune. Feeling

proud that Tandon group team has greatly contributed in the growth of JABIL Pune. 

During Days at Tandon group, VV Patil nurtured me for a lang time and hence learned how to be perfect in your role and

responsibilities. But in around 2011, he advised not be perfect all the time and I did follow him and decided 

to explore myself in the outside world and entered into a totally different world where there are No Tandon colleagues to support you. The experienced gained in Tandon group and JABIL helped me not only to survive but to get big token of appreciation from senior leadership at my New Organization, "LORD Corporation".  After 5 years at LORD I joined Flextronics @ Pune where i headed opetations with team of 60 Engineers and  Managers. It was a great learning at Flex because I was reporting to a Sr Manager who was reporting to me one day in

Tandon Group. There are many things to learn from your subordinates.

After Fiex, I joned a most respected organization in India and abroad a TATA roup. At Tata am working for Aerospace and Detense

Segment since 2019.  Currenty holding positon as AGM, Quality excellence in operations.

I should be honest with you that one thing we regret after working with Tandon group for long that wve could not build our values in terms of casn but the other hand we feel happy today that we recovered that gap and stood confident in our deliverables and contributing to organizational success because the experience that we carried.
