Good Day Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a good time during this lock down period and making best out of it.

Let me tell you ..I joined celectronix in 2001.

I joined this orginization after working for small scale company.

I found celetronix as a big ocean for learning and experiementing new ideas.

A lively orginization and people  centric management approach.

It was the organization where I was given an opportunity to learn and deliver output to the best of my capability. 

My boss Mr. Bhat has given direction of working and guidance in each of my path during tenure at celetronix. 

I was given an opportunity to go to USA to work for 6 months and this was real turning point in my life.  

US visit improved  my functional working skill as well as communication skill.

That was the time I got to know total supply chain managment.

Every time I was thinking why the people in this organization had so much passion to work for this company...and I realized that it came from the top driven culture and good approach of management towards the people working and the care they show towards their people.

I also want to mention about the cultural events and festivals celebrated in a very  unique way.

 Every one wanted to do the best for the organisation.

Every day i felt like going to office and doing my best and giving a good result.

I would like to name a few top management who always supported me during my tenure in celetronix..Mr.sanjeev Verma and Mr. Madan Thapar.

I have always been a big fan of Mr.Thapar's leadership skill.  

I still remember whenever we used to work till late in office, he would always notice it and tell us "work is precious and keep it for tomorrow" 

This sentence gave us an encouragmenet to do better.

I still feel that 4 years tenure in celetronix for me was another degree after my Engineering graduation.

After celetronix I joined Jabil in pune and worked as AM for 3 years in Supply chain and new product quotation and build.

Currently working in LG electronics in pune from past 12 years and worked in different  departmrnts of ptocurement, Sourcining, Inventory control amd Inventory Management 

Now I am working as AGM in LG Pune in Materials and taking care of Inventory management.

Looking at my total 22 years of career overall and the time I spent in celetronix will always be close to my heart and I will cherish this experience  forever.

I want to thank every one who has supported me and was working with me during celetronix.
