Hello Everybody,
I joined Tandon group in 1999 & worked there till 2003.. worked with great leaders & colleagues who shaped my thought process for the rest of my professional life.. the most amazing part of working at Tandon group was the plethora of opportunities that one got if they were really ready to take on the challenge..
post Tandon group, I was in Malaysia for 2 yrs & upon returning back joined Jabil where I worked for 7 yrs.. that was an opportunity that helped me to scale to the next level. after 7 yrs in Jabil & having achieved what I had set out to achieve with that role & with a young family to take care of my wife & I decided to shift base back to Bangalore but as luck would have it, I got a great opportunity to head the supply chain team at Volex in Chennai. this experience helped me to put to practice all the experience that I had gathered for the past 12 odd yrs & it was here that I was able to shape the careers of a few folks that gave me immense satisfaction..
with that experience in the bag, I decided to shift base to Bangalore & venture out on my own & started my own company - OSR Consultants - in Feb 2013 which now offers consulting, hiring & training services to manufacturing companies across the country.. I am proud to share that I have so far closed 160 hiring positions across all levels over the past 7+ yrs & also consulted a few clients on end to end supply chain systems & process improvements.. I seek your blessings and well wishes to continue with same vigour in times to come..
Today I also feel a lot content in life having achieved all those things that I set out to when i entered the corporate world. large part of this success is due to the opportunities i got at the tandon group & i am indebted to all the leaders who gave me this opportunity.. Today I am a proud father of a 9.5 yrs old boy who is now practicing to be a professional cricket player & has just made it to the school U-12 cricket team & a 3.5 yrs old daughter who will start school this yr.. I dont think i could have asked for more at this stage of my life..
