Last Day in Celetronix - Jabil

[Mandar Salkade]

After a successful career of 11 years today is the 'D' date for me to go for a change. I would take this opportunity to express my thoughts. It was challenging as well as enjoying journey from a Trainee Engineer (ME Process-) Department (1.5 Y) ð BaaN Core Team Member ( 0.75 Y) ð Production Eng. (1 Y) ð Senior Faculty (4 Y) ð HR Officer (1 Y) ð Training Supervisor (2 Y) & finally HR Administrator (0.5 Y).

I have grown within this company and many people have contributed in my success. The list will be too big if I mention them all, but I would like to express few here.

I am grateful to K. B. Bhat Sanjeev Verma, T. Vasu & Krishan Batta for their belief and confidence over me and for involving me in various activities which taught me various valuable things. I am especially grateful to T Vasu for his empowerment, opportunities offered and coaching to me. I am also grateful to Gobalan for his immense and valuable support and motivating advices all the time. I sincerely express my gratitude to RS Mani for being my all time guardian. I must express my gratitude to Kiran Kataria for the opportunity offered guidance and openness which pulled me in Pune Mfg. I thank Makarand Kotalwar and Manish Sharma who always supported and motivated me during the tough times. I am grateful to Arun Pawar, BN Shukla, Sunil Naik, Ramesh Saligame and all Managers of Pune Mfg, Mumbai and Chennai for their all time support and advices.

	I am thankful to all my colleagues in HR who have contributed eventually in my HR tenure to make me successful
	I salute all my friends and all who worked with me during last 10.8 years for their kindness to me and timely help

Trusting in God won’t make the mountain smaller

But will make climbing easier

Do not ask God for a lighter load

But ask him for a stronger back

Mistakes are lessons of wisdom.

When you make a mistake, don't look back at it for long.

Take the lesson and move forward.

Although the past cannot be changed;

How to shape the future is still in your hands.
