Syrma Technology Private Limited, Tandon group of Company,  looking for Experienced individuals in EMS industry.  The state of art factory is located in Bawal, Harayana. We are looking for the following positions

1. Operations Head - Responsible for running day to operations.  Will be the head of the factory.  Should have a minimum of 20 years of experience out of which 5 years should be as operations Manager / General manager in an EMS company. 

2. Process Engineering - Candidate should have a very good understanding of the complete SMT process from Screen Printing till AOI, Wave soldering and axial / radial machine . For Engineers position - 5 years of experience desirable. 

3. Equipment maintenance :  Candidate should have hands on experience in performing preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all SMT and wave soldering equipments. Will require technicians and Engineer level people. 3 to 5 years of experience is a MUST

4. Test Engineering :  Design, develop and maintain customer supplied test equipments. 5 to 7 years of experience in EMS industry 

5. Buyers and Senior Buyers : 5 to 10 years of experience in the EMS industry.  should have good knowledge of Electronic components, various distribution channels and should possess excellent negotiation skills.

 

All the above positions will be Bawal, Haryana.
