Note - some secrets in this mission are easily missable, as they're being held by specific enemies. Try to search every enemy corpse, as they can vanish after a while, taking the secret with them. If they do, you'll have to load a previous save or restart the mission.
This secret is easily missable, as it's being held by one of the enemy soldiers. Use your binoculars to examine the soldiers guarding a small southern farm you'll reach soon after starting the mission. Eliminate the correct soldier and search his corpse.
This secret is easily missable, as it's being held by one of the soldiers guarding Jaan Trautmann's mansion, this mission's Kill List target. You'll find him in the western part of the map. Eliminate the enemies in front of the building and search their bodies.
Reach the farm located south of the western town (the one with snipers). Climb up to the main building's attic. It's a sniper nest - part of the roof's damaged and the collectible is on the floor.
This secret is easily missable, as it's being held by an enemy. The soldier in question is searching the plane crash site in the centre of the map, near the AA guns. Kill him and examine the corpse.
In order to find this collectible (as well as the workbench) you must reach the basement of a building east of the sniper town. The basement entrance is blocked off by planks you must rip off or destroy with a crowbar. You'll find the collectible on the table.
The eagle is in a window of a destroyed building in the northern part of the map. You face the Tiger tank here, but you can also hit the eagle from the northern town if you get a good vantage point.
In order to find this workbench (as well as the secret #12) you must reach the basement of a building east of the sniper town. The basement entrance is blocked off by planks you must rip off or destroy with a crowbar. You'll find the collectible on the table.
The workbench is in the southern town. It's hidden in a seemingly inaccessible room in the main building. Head to the building's upper floor, walk over the planks and go through a hole in the roof shown in picture 1. After doing so, approach the workshop.
You start off mission 6 at the plane crash site on the south of the map. You must head north. The southern town is the first larger location you'll run into, with taking it over being a mandatory mission objective. There are three things you need to do in order to neutralize the defenses.
There's an enemy sniper in the tower pictured above. You can find him and shoot him from a distance of over 200 meters. You can find a small hill right after leaving the forest, which is a great spot to shoot enemy soldiers from.
Sneak up on the vehicle from the east side. You can now place the satchel charge on it. It will either finish off the vehicle or expose a weak point at the machine's rear - shoot it with armor-piercing rounds.
You can also get inside the eastern building via the upper balconies and a hole in the roof. There's a secret room inside, holding a workbench and several Panzerfausts. You can use them to quickly destroy the armored vehicle (and other nearby machines).
The command center is the town's main buildings - you can recognize it thanks to the flags. Find a crowbar in one of the rooms and head to the building's upper floor. You must destroy the communication system pictured above.
Here is a list of collectibles that you can find in Liberation - Mission 6. They are listed in the order they are listed in the Collectibles menu, as they are scattered all over the map and some are found in optional areas not covered by the walkthrough.
This letter is found to the northeast of the starting location, from the third soldier who gives you information about the sniper. There will be Troopers patrolling around a homestead, after leaving the truck they were riding on. One of those Troopers will have the letter on them; but you have to take them out to get it (you can identify the Trooper by looking at them through Binoculars/a sniper scope).
This letter is found northwest of the eastern bridge. There will be a green house with wire beds near a wooden watchtower and a vehicle checkpoint. The letter will be near a doorway on the right side.
This letter is found in a house west of the final anti-aircraft gun, northwest of the Kill List target mansion. There is a ladder inside the house that you can climb up leading to a hole in the roof. The letter is to the right of the hole, next to a sniper rifle.
This document is found in the house next to the barn that is used for a vantage point in the south part of the map, after speaking with the three soldiers. Head upstairs and enter the only bedroom to find this document on a table.

This item can be found on the body of a Trooper near the glider crash that starts the Locate the Radio Operator side objective. It is north of the western bridge. You will need to take out the 2 Troopers around the area.
This item can be found east of the western bridge, in a small house. Enter the house and there will be some wooden planks covering a ladder to the basement. Remove the planks and go down the ladder to reach a basement filled with supplies. You will find the item on a table, near the SMG Workbench.
This item can be found after destroying the tank. Head to the building on the east side of the bridge and go up to the second floor. Look for a door you can open, and you will find a suitcase sitting on a counter on your right. Inspect it to find the item.
This workbench can be found in the area just before you use explosives on the bridge with the trigger. Head around the exterior of the house closest to the trigger and you will find part of the wall covered in vines. Climb up to reach a room with the workbench.

Go directly to your west from the abandoned village until you reach the Bridge Farmhouse. Go inside the main two-story building using the outside stairs. Turn right after entering the building, and there is another room at the end of the hallway.
You can also easily get to the Pistol Workbench while you are here. Exit the building you are in, follow the main road towards the north, and turn right towards an open courtyard. Go into the building, which is under construction, and go upstairs.
Head into the eastern fields of the map. Once there, head into the village with 2 or 3 small buildings. After you take out the enemies, pick up the classified document 3 lying on top of the wooden crate located near the fence.
Now, head east from your current location and keep following the main road. As you are exiting the city, enter the last building on your left. Go upstairs and picklock the locked door. Once inside, pick up the Classified Document 4 lying on the table.
From the Field Camps, head in the northeast direction until you come across the trenches. Enter the trenches from the northeast side and look for the artillery cannon. Next to the artillery cannon, you can find the fifth Personal Letter.
The Rifle Workbench can be found in the northmost corner of the map, where the last town of Liberation is situated in Sniper Elite 5. Before the bridge where you plant the explosives as a part of your main objective, head towards the building on your right when facing north.
Follow the bridge heading north and enter the first building on your right. Enter the building and go upstairs. After reaching the second floor of the building, you can pick up the last hidden item lying on the dresser near the entrance of a side room.
Aside from locating collectibles within the Liberation mission, players can use some of the best snipers in Sniper Elite 5 the series has to offer while also featuring this new upgrade system of workbenches located around the maps, which essentially lets you upgrade all of your weapons during the mission. On top of that, you can also engage in completing optional kill challenges, finding Raid Weapon Lab locations, or testing your prowess in the Survival Mode.
