Iown a few waves bundles. GTR, L3-16, Musicians II, and V-series. V-series I literally purchased and installed yesterday. After registering it, installing it and running the waves AU reg utility none of my L3 plugs will show up. I re-run the waves AU reg, then launch logic and reset and rescan AU plugs... and nothing changes... The L3_5.9.1 bundle, L3-16_1.0 bundle, L3-LL_1.0 bundle are all sitting there plain as daylight in the waves plug-in folder...

I'm unable to restore sessions cause of this snag and my lack of troubleshooting skills on this is costing me mad money.... it's pushing me into a corner of working for free for the client as compensation and to save face....

Decided to re-install L3-16, L3-LL, and L3... this was partially sucsessfull. L3-16, and L3-LL are now present. But regular L3 and multi are scanning, but are crashing during validation. At least now I have an error report to send to waves.

I repair permissions everyday, as well as in between sessions. At my day job outside of freelancing I'm on PT TDM and have made a habbit out of tossing the waves prefs folder when i toss PT prefs. Not sure what that would do this Logic situation cause I'm only running AU. Anyone else do that?

Has anyone else had trouble with the L3? The SSL thing happened to me also when I did the demo, and just like you at least other plugs where in the AU window and I was able check them and scan them one at a time...

The reason I ask is that Apple "updated" the AU Validation process in 10.4.9 and all of the Waves plugs no longer pass validation. They still work fine, you just need to check them in the validator and force them to work.
