Tanner City Fencers Club was founded in 1958 by Maître Joe Pechinsky. TCFC is led by Jane Hall Carter and James Carter, a team of highly accomplished fencers and coaches who donate their time each week to advance the sport of fencing. Located in Peabody, Massachusetts, the Club is open to fencers of all levels ages 7 and up.
