Wedding Weekend Itinerary - please read!!

Hey Wedding Party!!!  

Please look through the attached itinerary for the weekend as some items there to pertain to you all :)  Please look specifically for when you all need to be ready on the wedding day for photos both before the ceremony and also before the reception, along with the reception introduction.  Bridesmaids- please see when you will need to be ready for walking down the aisle.  Groomsmen- make sure you are all there for the baraat/procession! 

PLEASE make sure at least a couple people within your group (or room) have this schedule handy so that there is someone to take the lead on making sure things run on time and also to avoid any confusion :)  As a default, if there is ever a time when you don't know where exactly to be at the venue, just check in with the hotel lobby as they have the information and will be able to direct you as well.

We head over to the venue at noon and will probably be tough to get ahold of via email...so if you have any questions or need to speak with one of us, please call on our cell phones :) Can't wait to see you all!
