Springtime greetings to our far-flung family of friends.

It’s that time of year when “Hunter’s Moon” takes to the stage, bringing together four internationally touring and recording artists for a once-a-year multi-instrumental trans-Atlantic Irish session (so says our PR blurb at www.opland-freeman.com/huntersmoon): William Pint, Felicia Dale, Mike Freeman and Tania Opland on guitar, fiddle, bouzouki, mandolin, hurdy-gurdy, whistles, harp, drum and voices.
Join us for a concert of lively jigs, rollicking reels, hornpipes, slides, slip jigs and polkas — not to mention old favorite Celtic songs served up in various instrumental styles.

The big day itself - the 17th - is spoken for by one of the private events we’ll be playing this year. Just think — that could be your very own St Pat’s Party next year ;D

The public venues are:

If you’re looking for a delightful, authentic recording of Irish music for your CD collection, be sure to treat yourself to Iona Ritchie’s debut album, which features some supporting instrumentation by Tania and Mike. Iona is a fantastic young musician in Co Waterford, Ireland. Check www.ionaritchie.com if you want to secure a copy of that project.
And you can still find all of our CDs and songbooks at www.opland-freeman.com/record.htm

Cheers!
Tania & Mike
