HUNTER’S MOON HIT THE ROAD, with a celebration of traditional and not so traditional Irish music and merri ….

oh … wait …

No, we don’t. Again. Sigh.

Still locked up a year on and not going anywhere, Hunter’s Moon once again present a virtual celebration of traditional and not so traditional Irish music in honor of good old St. Patrick. This time 1500 miles away from our dear bandmates William Pint and Felicia Dale we’ve assembled a collection of tunes and songs possibly influenced slightly by cabin fever and March madness. Expect anything, get whatever we end up with. Know that it will not be a repeat of last year’s string of digital dropouts with occasional bursts of music, because we’ve had some experience with this stuff now!

And then, before the month is over, we’re participating in an online Dulcimer weekend in England. Even though we can’t get there in reality, we can play there in real time.

Hope to see you soon somewhere out there on the internet. And in person again? Someday? We hope!!

Wednesday, March 17th
Hunter’s Moon 2021 YouTube Premiere
2 pm Pacific Time = 1 pm Alaska = 5 pm Eastern = 9 pm Ireland = 10 pm Europe
(Yes, that’s 1 hour less time difference across the Atlantic than usual, because clocks will have changed on one side but not the other.)
YouTube is the ideal platform for enjoying on your big screen and stereo system. We'll be on live chat, so you can heckle, make requests (for next year), drop donations in the tipjar…
where there will be a direct link to the concert.

Saturday, March 20th
Hunter’s Moon "Post aPatricklypse" 2021: The Facebook Encore
2:30 pm Pacific Time (as above + 30 minutes. You’ll figure it out.)
The sound and picture may be better on YouTube, but Facebook still has the best setup for interaction, so we hope you'll join us, and interact! (Again with the heckling, tipjar, etc.)

ALSO on Sat-Sun March 20-21 —
Tania will be one of the hammered dulcimer tutors, and Mike & Tania will be in the Saturday evening (morning here on the Pacific coast) concert for:
Nonsuch Spring Fling Online Weekend

There’s a choice of 4 workshops each afternoon (in the UK, which is morning here!), two for each player level - Beginner to Advanced Beginner & Intermediate to Advanced, for Hammered and Mountain Dulcimer players.
