How's this for speed control?
People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole, and then breathe a sigh of relief that they completely cleared it.
This is actually a speed control device that is in use in Canada.
Scroll down and look at all three pictures.
And it is much cheaper than speed cameras.
Pretty clever, huh? Especially if moved around each day.
Isn't art wonderful?
