I am wondering if anyone has a similar problem with USB devices as I have tried different driver combos, different ports, changing bios USB legacy options, USB power options, everything falls apart as soon as I reboot, or unplug.

PaperStream Capture and PaperStream ClickScan are 32-bit applications, but Windows automatically installs 64-bit drivers for the device. The default download option for PaperStream Capture and ClickScan, as well as PaperStream IP, also install 64-bit drivers. You can scan for driver updates automatically and install them manually with the free version of the Fujitsu Scanner Driver Update Utility, or complete all necessary driver updates automatically using the premium version.
