Estudio de Tango - Tango class for Beginners taught by Argentine Teacher Stuart Saliadarre.
You will learn the foundations of Tango including posture, balance, connection with dance partner, musicality, steps, improvisation and more. Friendly environment and no partner required as we rotate in class and do individual technique. Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to slide.
When: Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm (arrive ten min early)

Improving balance, which incorporates stability training, will take your athletic and/or dance ability to the next level.
The workshop involves barefoot, fun balance/stability games. It is surprising how quickly balance and stability improve with the right exercises.
