Hello everyone,

Dance at your favourite milonga/practica this weekend and enjoy the Spring weather (and school holidays). Have your masks with you!

From Cath:

Sunshine Coast Tango Marathon Video
Here is the last video from the Saturday night of the Marathon weekend. I asked Liz & Rory (Diez Cuerdas) if they could play a tanda of Vals in memory of Sue Jones. They were very happy to do that. The music was beautiful. Later I asked Adrian if he had enough footage of the tanda. He did and here it is - the Sue Jones Memorial Tanda. Big thanks to Liz & Rory for their beautiful music and to Adrian for putting the video together.
It is a bit solemn to begin with (I was a bit upset as I was missing her) but by the end we are celebrating her life!

Moonlight Tango Musicality Masterclass: 29 – 31 October 2021

Are you ready to expand your musicality with Moonlight Tango's Musicality Masterclasses?

Join us on the last weekend in October for a series of musicality masterclasses with some old favourites (Murat and Gianpiero) and some new teachers (Asato-Pais & Richard Frisart). Explore tango music from different perspectives - musicians, dancers, DJs and organisers. With the wonders of technology, our teachers will be delivering classes live from Europe and Argentina to our group gathered together here in Brisbane (UQ School of Music on Fri & Sat and C'est Bon on Sun).

Due to space constraints, numbers are limited, so get in quick to secure your place.  All the details about the masterclasses, ticket options and refund policy are at: https://www.moonlighttango.org/masterclass

If you have any questions just get in touch: moonlight...@gmail.com

We look forward to sharing this experience with you,

Annie and Alessandro
