TANGO WORKSHOPS IN MILTON KEYNES

If you are serious about improving your techniques and scope this is
the place to be this Sunday. Bill & Ann are two of the finest
teachers around and will be back in the USA mid December.

BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS WORKSHOP – What a drag (2.30-3.45pm)

Leading and following techniques on parada (stops) and barrida (drags)
within the giro, exit techniques.

EARLY INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP – Displace and Replace(4.00-5.15pm)

Introduction to sacadas. Leaders sacada from crusada, sacada within
the molinete, Leading and following techniques. exit techniques.
Leading, timing, phrasing for tango and valse.

Bill & Ann Froud - Bio

BACKGROUND

Bill and Ann studied in California for two years under Paul Palmintere
who was the assistant to the great Orlando Paiva (Snr). They
continued their studies into the multifarious styles of Argentine
Tango under many of the Masters.
Bill and Ann started teaching tango in 2006 in Palm Springs,
California where they helped set up an Argentine Tango dance club.
They dance and teach all three of the main schools of dance namely
Tango Salon, Tango Milonguero and Tango Nuevo.
Bill and Ann dance and teach internationally and are well known in the
Tango World for their structured and organic methods of teaching this
complex dance. They have been guest teachers at many clubs both in
the UK and in the USA.

They have performed at the Argentine Association of Los Angeles before
distinguished audiences, numerous venues in UK and in September 2009
and 2010 at the “Confiteria La Ideal” Buenos Aires. They were also
interviewed and filmed at the famous “Club Sin Rumbo” for National TV
in Venezuela.

Bill also DJ’s and is the only British person EVER to DJ for the
Argentine Association of Los Angeles.
