Hey All!!!
This is a reminder that this Wednesday, Feb 3rd is the first meet for
the CSU tango club. Here's the info:
Wednesday Nights
In the Stock Judging Pavilion on CSU Campus, on Pitkin, west of
College Ave.
7:00 beginner lesson, $3 students, $5 non-student
8:00-9 FREE Practica (that means come and practice, however awesome or
bad you are)
The pracitca goes 'till 9 but we're happy to keep playing music if you
all want to keep dancing!
No partner necessary, wear comfortable sneakers that can pivot, ladies
if you prefer...(and guys if you're adventurous) wear dance heals that
will pivot.
GET INTO CLASSES FREE ALL SEMESTER CHALLENGE!!! Here's the deal ...
Obviously the Stock Judging Pavilion is not an ideal dance space. To
the person or people who find a space with a nice floor, for free or
very very cheap rent, that is near/on campus, will receive the
semester's worth of lessons free!
Other ways to take class for free is volunteering:
Key person-opens Stock Pavilion, closes it and returns key the next
day
Door person-collects money for class
Photos and Video-the capturer of greatness
If you are interested in volunteering, send an email and/or talk to me
before or after class.
