Yesterday afternoon Thuy and I went with our own Gainesville Pamela to Gina's "Teatime Tango" Milonga in St Petersburg and had a beautiful time. This afternoon milonga reminded us of the first instantiation of our local milonga- we called it, "Tango y Té" (we also served real tea there), in this way:

It was cozy, relaxed and playful-yet, elegant. Truly a feel-good, connective experience! 

As Maja and Marko reminded us last year (in June at our "Weekend of Tango Over-Indulgence" event), THAT WHICH FEELS GOOD (in tango) ALSO LOOKS GOOD. No need to be 'impressive,' 'interesting,' 'spectacular,' 'show off.' Our provisional motto at Thuy's Tango is: "So a simple movement may feel beautiful."
