Quality assurance
Our quality assurance system specifies specific tests and inspections for each product. Several checks and tests are carried out on incoming goods of system components and during production. Production steps that are not possible in-house are taken over by qualified partner companies who produce according to specified quality criteria. The quality check is carried out with an incoming inspection when these parts are taken over again. A test is carried out after each additional internal production station. An extensive final inspection guarantees a high quality product.
Long-term
availability Careful selection of modules makes it possible to guarantee long-term delivery. All wasco, XMOD and EXDUL products will continue to be produced as long as there is demand. The best proof of this are the ISA-BUS cards from the wasco series, which have been available for over 15 years and at no extra charge. A production stop occurs at the earliest after the discontinuation of individual components necessary for the production by the respective manufacturer. All products are exclusively equipped with standard components, exotic components are deliberately avoided.
Support and service
Qualified technicians with the best know-how about the wasco cards, XMOD and EXDUL modules enable a quick solution to any problems that arise. Should a hardware repair be necessary, this will be carried out at short notice in the in-house technical laboratory.
