JOB TITLE: After Sale Personnel

RERORTING TO: Head of Sales JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a young man age Starting 18 to 22 years to cover the position of After Sale Personnel to builds business by providing after sale services to customers and maintaining relationships with clients

Necessary training will be given to the right individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Gather information about the company products trends and competitive brands in the market
  
•  Adverse the customers on applications and maintenance of our products.
  
•  Record products trends
  
•  Handle the customers data base of contacts
  
•  Maintain long-term consultative relationship with clients.
  
•  Any other duty assigned by your immediate Boss under the ‘Sales’ function.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

•  Form four leaver with computer application knowledge
  
•  Focus on results and have a strong work ethic.
  
•  A confident and determined approach.
  
•  English and Swahili both written and spoken.
  
•  Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets…….
