[Kin Lian]

I have added an article on Participating Policy in my website,
www.tankinlian.com. Many people have bought a participating policy and
have asked me about the cut in bonus. I have explained how it works in
the article.

I have also added another article about the Singapore Exchange. I
advise people to invest in the stocks and bonds available in SGX. They
should invest for the long term in a well diversified, low cost fund,
such as the STI exchange traded fund that is quoted on SGX.
