Evans Library Closes 3rd Floor Due to Construction

Effective immediately the 3rd floor of the Sterling C. Evans Library will
close temporarily due to construction-related activity. The closing is
effective immediately. Paging of materials on this floor will
cease. There will be no elevator access, and library personnel will not be
allowed on the floor. Testing to assure safety will take place during the
closing. Once results are confirmed and safety is assured, the 3rd floor
will reopen. Anticipated reopening time is noon Saturday, October 2. Call
numbers affected by this closing are QK/1/A1-Z/999, Dewey 001-999.99/Z9,
Theses and Dissertations, National Union and Folios. Library staff on the
4th floor of Evans and the 5th floor of the Annex will be available to
assist patrons.
