Dear GIC,

 

Please find the attached guidelines and coversheet for the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation Travel Grant Program.  The College will offer two awards of $825.00.

 

It is important to note that in 2016 funds will now be issued as a reimbursement.  OGAPS will communicate directly with recipients on the process and requirements for reimbursement. 

 

Students must travel after the award has been made and within January 1^st and December 31^st of 2016.  Recipients must submit a two-page evaluation report and Student Travel Grant Reimbursement Form to the office of Graduate and Professional Studies (mail: 1113 TAMU or email: ogaps-aw...@tamu.edu).  

 

The completed travel grant coversheet (2^nd attachment) and nomination packet (items specified on coversheet) are due by March 1, 2016 to Liberal...@tamu.edu.
