I also started getting some 400s when going to pages such as gmail.com which redirects to I could only visit my email by visiting I tried logging out of both of my accounts, only to have the same happen.
I tried deleting Google Chrome from my Applications folder, to no avail. I then tried backing up my /Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome folder, quitting Chrome and deleting the original folder. When relaunching Chrome, it behaved like it were a fresh installation, saying installation was ready and asking if I wanted to set it as default browser, etc. Even then, it would not open any pages, and gets stuck at the same loading/untitled state.
Before deleting Chrome, when having problem to load one or all web pages, please try the basic troublehooting steps. For the problem of Chrome completely stop working, crash, there are other basic troubleshooting steps to try.
Reinstalling or upgrading the operative system might be an overkilling solution, time consuming and sometime too expensive compared to what usually is required to fix these problems, but sometimes they might be the "best" solution if this is something that you still have to do for other purposes or when the problem with loading web pages, Chrome crashes is a symptom of something else.

I have found several questions on TeX.SE and elsewhere about making figure captions span multiple pages (e.g., How do I make figure captions span multiple pages?).I gather that the caption package puts the caption in unbreakable boxes.
Here's a MWE (also on Overleaf) with a figure with short caption and a figure with a long captionof. I would like to be able to have both \usepackagecapt-of and \usepackage[font=small,sf, singlelinecheck=false]caption enabled, and still have my long caption span multiple pages.

I only wish my sketching had been faster and better so that I could have captured more. A different shade of green paint for foliage would also have helped...
