Driver Update

I heard in from Trevor (Hello, Trevor!) who is the driver of the 2nd
van, and so here are some adjustments to the driver spreadsheet list
here:

Some things to note:

1. I've moved everyone from Mr. Hart's and Mr. Kokkinakis's car into
Trevor's and my van, since there's the room and this will cut down on
cars. I've kept the other two drivers in case we have any last minute
people decide to tag along.

2. I've also created another column to track people who have sent in
their payments to Craig at craig.b...@gmail.com via Paypal (or get
with him privately and give him cash or a check). I'm going to be mean
and state if you don't do this by the end of this week - you really
really suck (unless you get with Craig and give him a good reason).

Action Item: Craig - let me know who's paid up just so we can track
this.

3. As of right now, we have need for 9 hotel beds. We have 3 rooms
reserved so we have space for 15 - Stephanie, you may have mentioned
this, but did you need to stay in the hotel or did you have lodgings?

Either way, by this Friday I will cancel one of the rooms if we don't
need it. So if there are people still interested in going or being in
the room, you're about to be SOL come Friday if you're not on the
list.

I think that's it. We have some people bringing power strips for the
hotel room (myself and Jim). If there's anything else we're
forgetting, please say so.

Passengers - arrange to be at your driver's house early enough to get
to the Flying J at 7. People who are riding with me, please be at my
place at 6:00 AM for a breakfast before we head out.

Also, if there are people who want to car pool to the driver's houses,
this is the time to discuss that. We have some people from Land of
Lakes and otherwise, so there's an option.
