Hotel room update

I confirmed our rooms yesterday, and we're still set for 3 rooms, with
3 beds per room (this means either some people double up, or sleep on
the floor. I'm planning on bringing along my sleeping bag just in
case).

However, since we only have 10 people who say they need the hotel
room, tomorrow morning I was going to call up and cancel one of the
rooms since we won't need it. So if there's any last minute changes,
here's the chance to say so.
