Yet Another Update

I had a request from another person named Matt about him and his
girlfriend coming along.

Right now, the vans are "all but full", and I'm loath to fill them up
any more.

Here's the logistics:

Van 1 (John): Current passengers: 7
Van 2 (Trevor): Current Passengers: 7

Hotel Room Information:

$97 (base price + tax) + 12.8 (extra bed + tax) = 109.81, X 2 days =
219.62 = $45 per person
I'd be dropping 1 room (we currently have 3 reserved)

Right now, we have 10 people for the hotel rooms, with 4 people not
needing a hotel room.

Now, if we add in 2 more people, it could look like this:

Van 1(John): Passengers: 6
Van 2(Trevor): Passengers: 6
Car 1(Adam): Passengers: 4

Hotel Room:
$97 (base price + tax) = 97, X 2 days = $178 = $45 per person
We could fit 4 people per room, keep the 3 rooms, and everyone still
pays the same price, and have more space per room.

Ok - there we have it. Thoughts? Opinions? Shall we tell Matt and his
girlfriend we can do it, or stick with the current plan?

take them in just the two vans

As long as there's room. We don't want to make everyone's trip miserable by packing ourselves in like Tetris blocks. :)

That's my take - I *could* fit another person into the van, but honest
- don't want to. It's going to be crowded enough with 7, and the
"seats 8" only applies if we open up the center console in the middle
row and fit 3 adults in there.
