I am proud to announce that Shannon Cox and I have started the Women in GIS: Tampa Bay Chapter! It is still getting started, so we aren't listed on the Women in GIS website yet. We will service HIllsborough, Pinellas, and Manatee Counties, rotating socials and meetings between the three.
Our first social is on Wednesday, November 28th, from 5:30 to 7:00 at Motorworks Brewing in Bradenton. You do not need to be a member of Women in GIS (WiGIS) to participate in the social, but we do encourage it.
