The following is the agenda for the day: 07:30 to 08:00 - Breakfast 08:00 to 09:00 - All about Nutrition and Injuries 09:00 to 10:00 - Training Techniques 10:00 to 10:30 - Stretching, Warm up, Cool Down Exercises 10:30 to 11:00 - Mind Training 11:00 - Refreshments and Closure The timing for the above sessions are indicative and includes Q&A.
