 1. Download & Open the attachment Village.xls

 2. Select all cells ( press CTRL+A)

 3. Go to format, and set the row height as 15.33(Home-->Format-->RowHeight)

 4. Go to format, and set the column width as 2.4 (Home-->Format-->Coloumn Width)
