If coming all the way for the symposium is ok coz we got an allocation but this event, maybe someone here would suffice, I think. After all, he's only going to speak for 5mins. If we provide Airfare, we have to provide accommodation as well.

ref the budget, for the east malaysia speakers we've allocated RM850 for flight (returns) including ground transport.
