Employment Equity and Accommodations RequirementsThe Canada Revenue
Agency (CRA) is committed to employment equity and continues to strive for a representative workforce. Employment equity is an essential component of the CRA's human resources management practices and an integral part of the way we do business. For more information about Employment Equity in the CRA and the four designated Employment Equity groups, please visit the following link:
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/crrs/wrkng/mplymntqty/menu-eng.html.Accommodations during assessment are available. If you are invited to be assessed, you will receive further information on the steps required to request accommodation measures throughout this staffing process. Please note that detailed information about your functional limitations will most likely be required, and will be addressed confidentially.
Communication MethodsAll communication methods, including email, are subject to the risk of unauthorized access. However, the security risk associated with using email is minor. It is also an efficient way to communicate (low cost and high speed). For staffing processes, we may find that email is the most efficient way to communicate with you.
You should include an email address that accepts email from unknown users (some email systems block these types of email).
If special circumstances (such as vacation or sickness) prevent you from having access to your email system OR if you do not have access to an email system, it is your responsibility to inform us.
Furthermore, if you
DO NOT wish to receive results by email, it is your
responsibility to inform us. In this case, there will be a delay from the time we issue the letters until you receive them. It should be noted that despite the delay, the period for recourse, when applicable, remains the same.
Preferred Status and Affected EmployeesNotwithstanding the results of this staffing process, the manager will give priority to individuals with Canada Revenue Agency preferred status prior to any appointment. staffed. Your performance level will be verified before appointment.
Required Candidate Availability during AssessmentYou
