Dear Dr. Nakkeeran,
 
Vanakkam. Today we saw the TVU library available in Unicode.
A great achievement and model for the future of TN Govt. websites.
Hope the new Govt. that has assumed power recently in Tamil Nadu
produces its websites in Tamil language.
 
For reading classical Tamil books:
 
As an example, let us take TirukkuRaL:
 
Are these URLs permanent with numbers,
or, they are going to change?
say something like:
 
If done with a system, and with a good transliteration
in English titles, it will be very easy to quote.
 
One point on transliteration. Tamil text, Manimekalai,
in its title pages in TVU site was "manimegalai".
Please check with experts like Prof. Deivasundarm, University
of Madras on the need to write the intervocalical க
as -ka- (& not as "ga"). So, for example,
for the only Buddhist epic in Tamil, a TVU url can be:
