Vanakkam. Today we saw the TVU library available in Unicode.
A great achievement and model for the future of TN Govt. websites.
Hope the new Govt. that has assumed power recently in Tamil Nadu
produces its websites in Tamil language.
For reading classical Tamil books:

One point on transliteration. Tamil text, Manimekalai,
in its title pages in TVU site was "manimegalai".
Please check with experts like Prof. Deivasundarm, University
of Madras on the need to write the intervocalical க
as -ka- (& not as "ga"). So, for example,
