I have just confirmed that the Cambridge Union has cancelled Namal Rajapakse's appearance due to the campaign spearheded by Gajan Raj and Cambride Tamil students.

Namal Rajapakse is still slated to speak at the Oxford University Union.

Following several requests to protest with the Thames Valley Police, the Oxford Union has moved the timing of the Namal Rajapakse event to Monday the 23rd at 5pm.

This is a screenshot of an email sent yesterday by the union at 10pm.

Following requests to protest with the Thames Valley police the Union has seceretly moved the time of the event.

Activists have now informed the police that they will police that the protest will take place at on Monday.
