no class files found after step 1 (dumping) of tamiflexSoot tutorial

Hi, all

I have read the tutorial. After the step1, I got a directory out containing many subdirectories like eclipse-default/, or avrora-small/,
together with one class file called Harness.class.

I feel totally confused, because none of these subdirectories contain any file with suffix .class. I assumed that by step 1, the dumped classes should have been contained in each subsdirectory of out/, but each subdirectory of out/, say eclipse-default/, contains only the file run.log. And I find the script of step 2 in the tutorial even more confusing, because it works on Harness.class, while it seems that **all** these benchmarks share the single Harness.class in 'out/'. Below is the output of "ls  out" and "ls out/eclipse-default". Can anyone clarify me a bit? Many thanks.

Hello, Eric,

Sorry, I thought there was only one tutorial for "Dacapo with SOOT". Here is the tutorial I was referring to.

I will come back to this problem  after a submission in a couple of weeks.  The problem I described does not exist in Dacapo-2006-MR. So I am now using that 2006's benchmark happily.  Thank you for your helpl
