[tamc-users] TAMC v0.4.0 is out!

Hello all - 

The latest release of TAMC, version 0.4.0, is now available on the "accessiblemediacenter.com" web site!  This release has a completely new RTF generation facility that produces much more readable RTFs than the prior version, including the ability to specify fonts and font sizes for headings, paragraphs and more.
