TMA Annual Meeting Notice & Proxy

Several people have asked me about the Proxy Form and a reminder of the meeting information and deadlines for RSVPs and proxy forms.  The proxy form is attached and the information is provided below.  Please note that on or about August 15 TMA will be sending out more information on the meeting and on people running for Board positions.  If you can't attend the meeting, please appoint a friend or neighbor as your proxy -- this is your chance to have a voice, and it is important to have a quorum of homeowners represented in person or via proxy.

Tamarack Municipal Association Meeting of Members on Saturday August 30th,

The following meetings will be held at Tamarack Resort, Discovery Square, in the Canoe Grill Dome starting at 8:30 a.m. (MDT).

 
1. The Lodge at Osprey Meadows (LOMA) 8:30 am. to 9:20 am (Canoe Grill Dome)

2. Benefitted Unit members (BUA) 9:30 am to 10:30 am (Canoe Grill Dome)

3. The Tamarack Municipal Association (TMA) 10:45 am to 12:45 pm (Canoe Grill Dome)

Proxy Forms - If you are unable attend the meeting in person, voting PROXY FORMS can be downloaded from the TMA

Website using the link on the home page. Please remember to include the name of the person you are appointing as your Proxy

and to sign the form. Fax Proxy Voting Forms for each property you own to (208) 325-1951 or scan and email them to

bkl...@tmaidaho.com.

 

PROXY Deadline will be by physical receipt to the TMA office by 5:00pmMDT, Tuesday, August 26, 2014.

Yes, you can appoint me as proxy and I can vote for myself.  When you send the proxy into Brynn, please cc me.  She is out of the office through the 26th, but the proxy's that arrive by the deadline will be processed.
