Luck Be Alexis Tonight

Dear Neighbors,

It's time again for our annual fundraiser.  This year the 5th Annual Luck Be Alexis Tonight: A benefit for the Dravet Syndrome Foundation will be on Saturday, September 12th at the Owyhee Rooftop.    

We're doing a James Bond theme this year, and it's going to be fun! The casino tables include Poker, Black Jack and Craps and dancing.  There will be a silent and live auction, heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine & beer included.  Tickets are $75 per person.

As many of you know, our eldest daughter, Alexis, who is 10 years old, suffers from a rare and severe seizure disorder - Dravet Syndrome.  The event will benefit the Dravet Syndrome Foundation, an organization dedicated to aggressively raising research funds for Dravet Syndrome.

The generosity of our Tamarack neighbors who have attended our event, donated vacation stays for our live auction, sponsored casino tables or donated other services and auction items, has helped us raise over $100,000 for much needed research.  

Alexis had a much better summer this year, with no hospital stays!  She even made it to the Huckleberry Jam (at a distance)
