  • Foreclosure Q&A - Legal Questions
  • Town Hall Meeting - July 13th

 

 

Dear Homeowners,

 

         TMA has been receiving a few inquires regarding the Credit Suisse foreclosure action, now that the documents have been signed by the court.

 

If any member of the association has questions regarding the foreclosure please forward them to in...@tmaidaho.com by Tuesday, July 3rd.

 

Steve Lord will review them and then issue a written Q&A response shortly after. 

 

This method saves time and also allows legal counsel the necessary research time to develop answers to all your inquiries in one memo.

 

TMA previously had a Town Hall meeting scheduled for August 15th. This Town Hall meeting has been moved to July 13th with the same start time of 3:00 pm MDT.

 

 This will give homeowners the opportunity to listen in and then a chance to ask questions via conference call if you can't attend personally.

 

Town Hall meeting are held in the lobby of our main office at 311 Village Drive at the resort.
