Dear Fellow Homeowners,
With the costs of services and HOA fees ever rising at Tamarack, while services decrease and resort looses money, I thought I'd share with you a little money saving option I've found. This is especially a bigger savings for those who are here only part time and have to pay for the connect and disconnect fees from TVT each time you alter service.
ATT now allows you to add a phone or convert a current phone over to a HotSpot. This will allow you up to 10GIGS a month of Wifi hotspot; unlimited on the actual device, and I can project my phone device onto my smart TV to watch the service. In my case, this allows me to stream my Xfinity cable in standard and HD from my home account and plus get free HBO. The resort service, basic package is 5mbs download speed and 5 mbs upload speed for $55/ month and HD TV for another $55-$60. And a phone line another $30 or so. This comes to about $140/month for the basic TVT package, then taxes and resort fees. The ATT option is $20 a month. Period.
In monthly fees alone, this is an annual savings of $1,320! Plus the ATT broadband I'm receiving is around 9-12 mbs down and 5 mbs up. So the speed people could see may be as much as double that of TVT. Like all services they have peak times, pro's and con's. But this is proving a huge cost savings for me and I thought I'd toss out the information for others to review. A $1,320 a year savings is big.

I get so sick and tired of getting your damn emails bitching about everything going on in Tamarack. Why don’t you sell everything you own there and give the 99% of home owners a break on your damn bitch sessions!! Go find a new life!! I feel sorry for people like you!! This is a home owner who personally donated well over 150k to the golf course of my own money. You are a cry baby and do us a big favor and move on.

Pat,
And I get so sick and tired of people like you throwing your money around, trying to bully us into silence. I’ve got over $120k in the zip line over the years and another $110k paid in fees. I have judgements against the resort and numerous broken contracts and promises. So I’ve earned the right to speak my opinion, whether you want to hear it or not.
Supporting the TMA to loose money and force others to pay these HOA fees for a private few is out of control.
I’ll also note that while it is easy to attack and discredit me, none of my allegations or information seems to ever be proven incorrect.
So yeah Pat, I’m selling my place so you all can keep propping up this Tamarack house of cards.
Karma’s a bitch Pat. There seems to be plenty more coming around for folks like you that try to control the rest of us. Maybe I am a minority at the resort, but bull shit is still bull shit and there is a ton at Tamarack.

Just for the record for all Home owners. I’m not or ever have been part of the home owners group, who put there own money up to buy parts of Tamarack. I have zero money or any kind of equity tied up in Tamarack resort except my own property. This is just Pat Barnett speaking from the heart!!

I would suspect any one would be mad at shady and potentially illegal business deals to break contracts and screw people over. The actions of all Tamarack current and past leadership for the last decade is despicable.
Yet again, my facts are not disputed, just the raining of personal attacks. Bla bla bla, bully tactics.
