One of the issues surrounding Club deposits (I have one too) is that the money, to my understanding, was commingled with the LLC because the Club was owned by the LLC. When you contact the Receiver, see if you can find out if this money was set aside (I severely doubt that). If not, then we should probably get a list of all Club owners, hire an attorney, and petition the court to be part of the liability of the Resort in the Court proceedings. Whereby, the TMA has counsel on its matters, the Club owners have no counsel. I will see if I can find out more. In the meantime, see what the Receiver says.
